Care Friends

Cera are proud to offer access to an amazing refer a friend scheme using a dedicated employee referral app called Care Friends. It is often said that caring people know caring people, which is why we reward our staff for referring people they know to work for us.

This fantastic tool allows both our carers and branch staff to earn points which convert to cast, from the moment they share a job. You can earn up to £500 for each person you refer to work with us through Ca, with some employees at Cera earning £1000's in extra income each year from using the app.

They can choose to cash out these points at any time, but many of our carers choose to save their points up and cash them out around Christmas or for extra spending money during summer holidays. However you choose to use them, they’re a great way to increase your earning potential, alongside your usual pay.

Would you love to become a professional carer?

If you think you've got what it takes to be a care professional and would love to access the benefits available to all carers (and especially those Cera exclusives!), we would love to welcome you to the team. You can find your local branch here or apply for available roles near you here.
