Christine started working as a Carer in 2016, working for two branches before progressing into her current Registered Manager role in 2019, she says “Prior to working in care I was the main carer for my Mum for 8 years who suffered life-changing injuries in an accident… I had support from home care staff and they changed our lives, I knew then I wanted to make that difference to people’s lives”. Christine’s own experiences mean she has first-hand experience and knows the tools and knowledge that people need to become an amazing carer.
